Q: Is 3000K the standard recommendation? A: Yes. Most galleries and residential settings use 2700K–3000K lighting for artwork. It’s warm, accurate, and emotionally resonant.

Q: How far should ceiling lights be placed? A: For a 10-foot ceiling, place recessed or track lights about 3 feet out from the wall to hit the artwork at a 30–35° angle.

Q: Are picture lights recommended? A: Bradford prefers recessed or track lighting over picture lights, which can cast shadows and distract from the artwork.
